Order process
By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that you are at least 18 years old.Once you have found the products you were looking for, you can buy them online. To do so, just click the ‘Buy” button for each product selected. You will then be directed to your ‘cart’. Remember, you can remove products from your cart or stop the ordering process at any time. Please note that all prices are shown in £ Sterling and are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.Once you have added all of your items to your cart, select the ‘Buy” option and click ‘continue’ to proceed to checkout. All fields marked with an asterisk must be completed. You will be presented with the delivery options which are available for your order.
When you have completed the delivery details, you will be asked to complete your payment details. Again, all fields marked with an asterisk must be completed. You can pay by most major credit and debit cards. Your details will be encrypted to keep them secure.After completing your payment details, select ‘continue’ to place your order. You’ll receive an on-screen acknowledgement with your order number and details, which you should make a note of for future reference. We will also send you an email confirming that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the chosen goods.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place as soon as we contact you by phone or email to confirm your purchase!Delivery
Our site is only intended for use by people resident in the British Mainland and delivery of goods to customers will only be made within British Mainland at the quoted rates. And we reserve the right to increase the quoted delivery charge for the following postcodes if necessary:

We cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland at the quoted delivery charges. We will deliver where possible at an agreed charge.
We hold stock of many products and we aim to deliver these items as soon as possible. We aim to deliver non-stock products within 5 weeks but it can take longer depending on stock availability in Denmark. The products are delivered in parts, but are very easy to assemble. All furniture comes flat packed and is easy to assemble; an easy to read instruction manual comes with every product

The standard delivery charge may be reduced during promotional periods. Delivery charges are shown when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Flexa Furniture Ltd shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.  All delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability and delivery location.
When you receive your order, please check the package for visible damage. If the packaging is damaged in any way, either a. Sign the delivery note conditionally, reserving the right to claim for any damage to the contents or b. Refuse to accept the package from the driver.

If the packaging is intact, but the goods are found to be damaged or faulty, you must inform our Customer Services Department on 01245 358080 within seven days. Whether the damage was visible on receipt or you discovered a problem later, you must contact our Customer Services Department who will help resolve the problem.

Risk and title
The goods will be at your risk from the time of delivery.

Ownership of the goods will only pass to you when Flexa Furniture Ltd receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the goods, including delivery charges.

Price and Payment
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception; while we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

We are under no obligation to provide the goods to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a confirmation.
As payment is carried out online, security of your personal details are of utmost importance to us. When you pay by debit or credit card, your personal details are sent directly to Sage Pay. All communication between you and Sage Pay is encrypted to ensure that your data cannot be intercepted. This means we provide security of the highest level.

Consumer Rights
You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund within 7 working days of purchase. To cancel, you must inform us in writing by emailing us or writing to us:

After 7 days a charge of 30% of the order value will be made for cancellation. This is due to processes which mean that Flexa Furniture Ltd cannot cancel orders after this period and will therefore incur costs.

Returns and refunds
If you wish to return goods after delivery of your order you must return the goods to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them and in the original packaging, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation or within 30 days of receiving the unwanted goods in the case of returns. We will refund the price of the goods in full, including the cost of sending them to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to our Customer Services Department within seven working days after you received the goods.

Goods returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

You will be liable for transport costs of any returned goods that are not being returned for reason of defect. Reimbursement will be made as soon as possible after Flexa Furniture Ltd has received and examined the returned goods.

We will usually process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund.

Contact our customer service department on 01245 358080 or via E-mail and they will inform you about how to return the goods. Please ensure your order reference number is returned with the goods. Goods are received / collected by appointment only.
We provide a 5-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. However, the guarantee does not cover natural differences in colour between the goods, nor damage to the painted finish caused by knocks or wear and tear.

Our liability
We warrant to you that any goods purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which goods of this kind are commonly supplied.
Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the goods you purchased.
Events outside our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control i.e. including but not limited to strikes, other industrial action, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport (Force Majeure Event).
Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
Law and jurisdiction
Contracts for the purchase of goods through our site will be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such contracts shall be subjected to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
